Our thoughts are with everyone going through the daily challenges and uncertainties of this ongoing crisis. We want to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organisation and local authorities guidelines, and constantly reviewing the latest government and medical advice, updating our procedures when necessary.

Are You Still Open For Business?

Yes, our online store remains open 24/7.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel2Go to ship our products, and aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. However please note that due to the increased number of orders we are processing, the additional safety protocols we have put in place, alongside those of the Royal Mail & Parcel2Go, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Amends

If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order please contact us immediately hello@thehouseofboheme.com as once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Returns

We hope you love your House of Bohème purchase, however if you are looking to make a return or exchange then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any items shipped back to us within 14 days, providing they arrive in their original, saleable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund the return delivery cost.

Please email hello@thehouseofboheme.com confirming what you would like to send back and if you require a refund or exchange, along with your order number. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products from our holistic range.

Please note:

The House of Bohème does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Any import duties or shipping costs that may arise for returning items will need to be covered by you.

We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.

Please be sure to include your order number when returning the piece.

Returns outside the stated 14 day grace period cannot be accepted.

Once we receive the returned item we will assess it and will notify you about whether we are accepting the product for return.

Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.

Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. The House of Bohème does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment.

Class Cancellation Policy:

Classes must be cancelled online no later than 24 hours before the start of the class. If you are having trouble cancelling please email us at hello@thehouseofboheme.com no later than 24 hours before, stating the name of the booking and the class you wish to cancel. Missed bookings or late cancellations will be charged in full.

If a class is cancelled by The House of Bohème for any reason, we will notify you by email and refund you.
