Nobody wants war, yet somehow, yet again, an extremist leader is playing with peoples lives like a 5 year old playing with toy soldiers on his bedroom floor. ​​​​​​​​

Safety, shelter, food, water are all basic human needs and how anyone thinks they have the right to take that from someone, let alone an entire country of people, is impossible to comprehend. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
We will always stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world who have been forced to leave their homes. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
This week we have supported the Ukraine Crisis via @chooselove, the incredible charity we’ve worked with and supported for several years. Link in bio to their Ukraine Fundraiser. All donations go towards emergency medical care, food, shelter, clothes, legal support, support for the LGBTQIA+ community and mental health support. ​​​​​​​​

 - Looks fade, values last forever. Focus on the things that make you beautiful from the inside out. Your kindness, your strength, your independence, your loyalty, whatever it is that makes you, you. ​​​​​​​​

- Maybe add in some examples of things you’re proud of - life achievements, helping someone out, making a positive difference.​​​​​​​​

- Write yourself love letters whenever you feel like it. Keep them all together in a special place so you can re-read them whenever you’re having a low day or you need a confidence boost. ​​​​​​​​
