We offer a weekly timetable of live streamed classes and workshops, for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own sanctuary. Each session is hosted through Zoom, allowing you as much or little involvement as you like.
Our carefully curated selection of classes range from yoga and meditation to EFT (emotional freedom technique) and life coaching. Simply book your session and we will email you with a zoom link to join 1 hour before it starts.
Our 1:1’s allow for a more intimate, personalised session, tailored specifically to your needs. Each session is recorded and will be sent to you after for ongoing use. Working online with your coach gives you the option to take the session from wherever you feel most comfortable, for a true sense of privacy. Simply choose from the selection below, decide on the coach that feels right for you and book via the calendar. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before.
Our private yoga sessions are completely varied and tailored to your needs. We offer sessions in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Pranayama, Mantra, Restorative and Facial Yoga. Sessions can also focus on one area of need such as the gut, chakra series, back pain, anxiety, or recovery.
Both meditation and breathwork work together hand in hand, with each coach providing a different offering. Each session is personalised to your needs so you can choose if you’d like to focus on one more than the other.
